    I am excited to apply for the medical assistant role at your company i don’t have an experience in virtual assistant field but I have an experience as a customer service representative as medical/insurance advocate for 2 years and 8 months. But aside from my experiences, if there is any training that is needed I am more than willing to attend the training for me to gain more knowledge also. I am a graduate of bachelor of physical education, last 2023 and took a board examination and passed for Professional teachers in Music, Arts, Physical Education, and Health (MAPEH) last May 2024. Before I graduated my bachelor’s degree I was a working student just to support my daily needs, I work at SYKES Company/ now known as FOUNDEVER. I work as a customer service representative (CSR) and I am working with health insurance In the US. I used to help callers about their benefits and claims and process to change their address, wrong spelling of the names, change the wrong DOB and etc. lastly we process payments also. After working with customer service representative for almost 6 months, I was transferred into provider services wherein we can only cater providers, and work with claims, benefits and for prior authorizations. Working in SYKES/FOUNDEVER for 1 year and 1 month. On my second company at OPTUM GLOBAL SOLUTIONS, I work as a customer claim advocate (CCA), where in caller are members and provider asking about the claims and benefits for members. After 6 months I was cross kill with Customer Claims Services (ccs) it has the same work claims benefits and for authorizations it seems like the tools are different. Both from my first and second company are for health care, my overall total experience working at Healthcare Company are 2 years and 8 months, by this experiences it helps me and gives me more knowledge about insurance in the other country and states. And helps me also to understand about the different insurances in the other country. When I worked my previous company at OPTUM & SYKES/FOUNDEVER, I really valued team focus, integrity, and good leadership as well as dedication to work. Therefore I am particularly inspired to work with it’s because of the work environment also, the work place is so amazing and people also are friendly nothing will bother you in the work place.
