    1) 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Payment Only)

    We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment only, if you request a refund within 30 days of your initial charge.

    To receive a refund:

    • You must email us within 30 days of your first charge.
    • Your request must come from the email address associated with your account (or include sufficient information for verification).
    • We may ask for basic verification to confirm ownership of the account.

    Refund requests submitted after 30 days from the first charge are not eligible.

    2) No Refunds After 30 Days (No Exceptions)

    After the first 30 days:

    • all payments are final
    • renewal payments are non-refundable
    • partial refunds are not available
    • unused time in a billing cycle is not refundable
    • downgrades do not generate refunds or credits

    By continuing your subscription beyond the first 30 days, you acknowledge and agree that all future charges are non-refundable.

    3) Cancellation Does Not Equal a Refund

    You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. However:

    • canceling stops future billing only
    • you keep access until the end of the current billing period
    • cancellation does not trigger any refund for the current paid term

    4) Purchases Outside of Subscription Fees (If Applicable)

    If you purchase additional products or services (such as optional upgrades, onboarding services, or special offers), those purchases may be:

    • non-refundable, or
    • governed by specific refund terms shown at checkout.

    If different terms apply to a specific product or offer, those terms will control.

    5) Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

    If you initiate a chargeback or dispute instead of contacting us first:

    • your account may be suspended or terminated

      • proof of subscription activation
      • logins and usage records
