This Billing Terms & Auto-Renewal Disclosure ("Billing Terms") explains how billing, auto-renewal, cancellations, and refunds work for subscriptions purchased on https://www.eVirtualAssistants.com ("Website") and any related services (collectively, the "Service").
This page is intended to provide a clear, plain-language summary of our billing practices. It is incorporated into and governed by our Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Billing Terms.
1) Subscription Billing and Auto-Renewal
Monthly Billing
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis.
Auto-Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew every 30 days unless you cancel before your renewal date.
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the then-current subscription rate on each renewal date.
2) When You Are Charged
- Your first payment is charged immediately at checkout (your subscription start date).
- Your subscription will renew automatically every 30 days from that date.
- You may view your billing status, renewal date, and subscription plan inside your account dashboard.
3) Pricing and Taxes
- Subscription pricing is displayed before checkout.
- Prices may change over time. If we change pricing, it will apply to future renewals after notice (where legally required).
- Taxes may apply depending on your location and applicable laws.
4) Cancellation Policy (Stops Future Charges Only)
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Important: Cancellation stops future renewals only. You will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of your current paid billing period.
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel before your renewal date.
5) Refund Policy (30-Day Guarantee)
5.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Payment Only)
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment only, if you request a refund within 30 days of your initial charge.

Your request must be sent within 30 days of the initial charge to be eligible.
5.2 No Refunds After 30 Days
After the first 30 days:
- all payments are final
- renewal payments are non-refundable
- partial refunds are not provided for unused time
- downgrades do not generate refunds or credits
By continuing beyond the first 30 days, you acknowledge that all future charges are non-refundable.
6) Failed Payments and Account Status
If a payment fails:
- we may retry the charge automatically
- your access may be suspended until payment is successfully processed
- repeated failed payments may result in account cancellation
7) Chargebacks and Billing Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first:
- your account may be suspended or terminated
- we reserve the right to submit evidence to the payment processor, including:
- acceptance of Terms and Billing Terms
- subscription records
- account usage logs
- communication history
