I am a Principal Consultant with over 2 years experienced in the Information Technology and service industry. As a Senior Technical support, we provide support to our UK counterparts. My role is diverse and includes investigation for the incident request by the clients. We work as a liaison between the client and different teams in order to provide support for the issue and data needed by the industry. We also have different admin task like daily, weekly, and monthly reports which we used a macro to provide fast result for the reports and a remote desktop to get some details from the FTP server. We used different systems and application for this project like SQL Data Script, Unix, Salesforce, Azure, SNOW and other systems owned by the client. I work as an SME for the new system launched by the Project.
