    For the past 11 years, I’ve been working in the BPO industry as a customer service representative and real time analyst. And all the experience has taught me a great deal about dealing with customers and clients. Understanding their different behaviors and sometimes putting myself in their positions so I would know how to approach them and provide resolution. with this, I have developed strong problem-solving skills and honed my ability to manage conflict and deal with demanding individuals and also polished my communicating skills. I am keen to utilize my passion for excellent customer service in providing the best possible experience for the clients. I also love playing video games during my rest days and also do past times doing DIY's or destroy it yourself things on my car or here at the house but mostly 90% those works actually worked out or got fixed. And yeah from there I continued to build up my skill set and passion in learning what I can about everything I enjoyed doing and as I moved into as a Real time analyst and hound it on my experiences and learnings as back when I was customer service representative through communicating reports with our Clients and Directors. While expanding my skill set and mastering the tools that we are using while also doing studies online and earn some certificates such as where I earned my six sigma title for yellow belt. I am particularly interested in roles that involve chat support or administration. With my background in BPO industry as a customer service representative, my strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in administrative functions make me a great fit for these roles. I am enthusiastic about leveraging my skills in environments where I can contribute to effective communication and organizational success.
