    Job Description

    Join our dedicated team as a Personal Assistant and play a crucial role in supporting postpartum moms through our non-profit social services. We seek a detail-oriented professional with a knack for organization and outreach to manage our executive's calendar, email, and social media presence. As a mid-level assistant, your responsibilities will include: Managing and organizing the executive's calendar to ensure seamless scheduling and time management. Overseeing email communications to ensure timely and efficient responses. Conducting outreach activities to expand our network and generate leads for the non-profit. Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings with various stakeholders. Managing and updating social media content using Canva to enhance our online presence. We are looking for someone who: Has a proven track record in administrative support or personal assistant roles. Is proficient in tools such as Canva and Excel for managing tasks and creating engaging content. Possesses excellent communication and organizational skills. Is a proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail. This remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, while contributing to a meaningful cause.
