I am an experienced call center agent for 8 years and counting. I started as a Back Office Editor for an American Telecommunications company and had been a Customer Service Representative in fields such as telecommunications and e-commerce from known the United States and Australian companies. I also had experience as a Chat Support Agent and, at the same time, was a Product Trainer for the same account. I'm a fast learner and eager to learn new things. I am dedicated to what I do especially to my chosen job. I love talking and resolving problems that is why I believe I am an expert in customer service and am keen on details.
