Virtual Assistant - Real Estate Cold Calling & Lead Generation

Join our dynamic real estate team as a Virtual Assistant and leverage your expertise in cold calling and lead generation to drive business growth. We are looking for a mid-level professional with a strong background in real estate and a knack for connecting with potential clients through various digital platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for: Conducting cold calls to prospects identified via Zillow, Dealio, or other relevant platforms. Executing effective lead generation strategies, including initial outreach and follow-ups, using Facebook business and personal pages, Bigger Pockets, and Craigslist. Performing FSBO searches on Zillow to identify new opportunities. Building and maintaining comprehensive lists of cold and warm leads using Excel and Google Sheets . The ideal candidate will have experience with: Utilizing CRM tools to track and manage client interactions. Working with MS Excel , Word, Google Docs, and Google Sheets. Navigating social media platforms for business outreach. Using Dealio or Sendfuse, which is a plus.
