    Job Description

    Join our dynamic team in the home service industry as a Remote Administrative Assistant . In this vital role, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and be the linchpin in our service call dispatching process, ensuring seamless scheduling and high client satisfaction. As a key player, you will be responsible for: Dispatching all service calls and optimizing the scheduling process to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. Managing the dispatch board to keep field personnel active and revenue-generating, while maximizing productivity. Proactively notifying clients if technicians are delayed, rescheduling appointments at their convenience. Coordinating with the Purchasing and Warehouse Coordinator for the efficient delivery of parts, keeping technicians focused on their tasks. Adhering to the Dispatching for Profits Priority Service Schedule to ensure the correct technician is sent to the appropriate appointment. Ensuring all technicians arrive promptly at their designated appointments. Debriefing technicians post-call and ensuring immediate payment collection upon job completion. Upholding the company’s Code of Ethics, Team Rules, and Team Philosophy. Assisting with pulling permits and managing incoming leads efficiently. We are looking for a mid-level professional who excels in a remote working environment and is detail-oriented with a technical mindset. You should possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration.
