Job Description I am hiring a detail-oriented, English-speaking Virtual Assistant to research TikTok creators using the TikTok Ads Creative Center . The task is to log into the platform, apply specific filters, and deliver a clean list of TikTok profile links only that meet strict criteria. Accuracy and attention to detail are critical. Tasks & Responsibilities • Log into TikTok Ads Creative Center (login credentials will be provided securely after hiring) • Navigate to Creator Explore • Apply the following filters exactly : – Location: United States – Followers: 100,000 – 300,000 – Average Views: 30,000 – 60,000 – Primary Content Tag: Lip Syncing • Exclusion Rule (Very Important): – Exclude any creator who has #music in ANY of their tags , even if all other criteria are met Data to Collect (FINAL DELIVERABLE) • For each qualified creator, record ONLY : – TikTok profile link No usernames, no follower counts, no view metrics — profile links only . Delivery Format • Enter results into Google Sheets or Notion (I will specify which) • One creator per row • No duplicates • Clean, organized list
