Applications without both cannot be considered. 😀 Position Overview We’re looking for a sharp organized Virtual Recruiter to help source screen schedule and support candidates throughout our hiring pipeline. This role requires excellent communication strong follow-through and the ability to manage multiple open positions at once. Key Responsibilities Recruiting & Sourcing Post and manage job ads across platforms. Source candidates via job boards LinkedIn and internal databases. Conduct initial screenings and pre-qualification calls. Maintain accurate candidate notes and status updates. Interview & Scheduling Support Schedule interviews for leadership and hiring managers. Send confirmations reminders and follow-up messages. Coordinate Zoom links calendars and availability. Pipeline & CRM Management Update candidate stages inside our recruiting CRM. Keep pipelines organized clean and error-free. Track metrics such as applicant flow interview volume and no-shows. Communication & Administrative Support Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants. Draft and send professional email templates updates and next steps. Assist with onboarding tasks when candidates are selected. Qualifications Proven virtual recruiting or HR support experience. Strong communication and customer service skills. Detail-oriented with strong organization and follow-through. Comfortable with CRMs calendars and scheduling tools. Able to work independently and move candidates forward efficiently. Preferred Skills Experience with high-volume recruiting. Familiarity with workflow tools (GHL Airtable or ATS systems). Ability to assess red flags and identify top-quality candidates.
