Video Editor - Remote (Per-Project Pay Ongoing Work) About Us: We're ECS Agency a UK-based done-for-you online course creation company. We build complete course businesses for coaches and consultants - including video production editing and platform setup. We're growing fast and need reliable video editors to join our team on a per-project basis. The Role You'll be editing online course videos and 7-day challenge videos for our clients. This includes: - Editing pre-recorded videos using our proprietary editing tool (EVEI) - adding graphics intros/outros lower thirds and polishing the final product - Working with HeyGen AI avatars - uploading scripts generating videos quality-checking outputs and preparing them for editing - Delivering finished polished videos ready for upload to course platforms This is ongoing work - not a one-off project. We have 20+ active clients at any time and are growing. Top performers will get priority on new projects. Per-Project Pay: 7-day challenge - client filmed (7 videos edit only) $30 7-day challenge - HeyGen (7 videos generate + edit) $50 8-module course - client filmed (32 videos edit only) $100 8-module course - HeyGen (32 videos generate + edit) $200 Expect 3-5+ projects per week depending on capacity and quality. That's $130-$750+ per week for consistent reliable editors. What We're Looking For - Experience with video editing (Capcut Premiere DaVinci or similar - we'll train you on our specific tool) - Reliable and communicative - if you take a project you deliver on time - Attention to detail - these videos represent our clients' businesses - Comfortable working with AI tools (HeyGen experience is a plus but not required - we'll train you) - Fast turnaround - most projects should be completed within 48-96 hours of assignment - Available to start immediately Why This Role Works - Work from home set your own hours - Per-project means you control your earnings - the faster and better you work the more you make - Ongoing consistent work - this isn't a one-time gig - Simple repeatable process with templates and tools provided - Room to grow as we scale How to Apply Send a short message with: 1. We're looking for talented video editors who are ready to take on a bigger role as a Content Specialist. In this role you'll do more than just editing. You'll be trained on our internal systems to create short-form captions using AI schedule social media posts through our platform and manage content workflows for your assigned client. We are a content agency and we often repurpose longer-form videos for YouTube Shorts Reels and TikToks as well as audiograms and graphics for social media. We also edit their raw videos for YouTube and edit podcast episodes as well. What You'll Be Doing: Edit short-form and long-form content (YouTube Reels TikTok podcasts) Use our AI captioning system to create short-form captions Schedule content to automatically post inside our proprietary platform Follow creative direction and provide consistent high-quality execution Participate in weekly training sessions to continually improve your skills Who We're Looking For: Professional experience with Adobe Premiere After Effects or similar tools Strong eye for motion design and storytelling Organized detail-oriented and able to manage your time independently Positive attitude and willingness to receive feedback Excellent communication skills and a self-starter mindset Comfortable learning new tools and systems

We're seeking a highly organized and experienced Virtual Assistant with a strong background in Credit Repair. This role is for someone who understands U.S. credit laws can handle client communications and efficiently manage administrative tasks related to credit disputes freezes and client account updates. You will be responsible for maintaining compliance while managing communications calls and follow-ups with clients and bureaus. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations related to client credit repair activities. Draft send and track dispute letters following CFPB BBB and FTC guidelines. Handle credit freezes and suppression requests for: LexisNexis Sagestream Innovis CoreLogic Credco Make phone calls and send professional emails to clients creditors and reporting agencies. Schedule and manage client appointments and follow-ups. Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure workflow efficiency. Communicate clearly and proactively with management and clients.
