We’re looking for a skilled B2B Cold Calling Assistant to reach out to business owners, introduce our services, and set qualified appointments. You’ll represent our company with professionalism, confidence, and clarity in every call.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to businesses across the U.S.
Follow a clear outreach script to introduce our offers
Qualify leads based on interest and business needs
Schedule follow-ups or appointments with decision-makers
Log all call activity and notes in our CRM system
Requirements:
Excellent English communication and phone confidence
Prior experience in B2B cold calling or appointment setting
Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
Reliable internet connection and professional work setup
Preferred:
Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or Airtable)
Background in sales, outreach, or client acquisition
Schedule: Full-time — 40 hours/week (U.S. business hours)
Compensation: $400–$600/month base + performance bonuses
