My name is Lyn Mikaela M. Lactao, I'm 22 years old, and I'm from Baliwag City, Bulacan, Philippines. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the esteemed Bulacan State University, where I gained valuable research knowledge and skills. I finished college with flying colors, graduating as Magna Cum Laude, a testament to my hard work and dedication. I have undergone intensive training at PROva, where I honed my skills as a medical virtual assistant. My expertise includes appointment scheduling, maintaining medical records, EMR/EHR data entry, insurance verification, claims and prior authorization, issuing patient invoices and superbills, and ensuring HIPAA compliance. I am also currently undergoing training at Surge Training Center Bulacan.
