I am Criselda Mercado, a graduate of Bachelor in Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management. I've been with the customer service for more than 10 yrs from different companies and handles different account like Phone (mobile) Service, Xerox machine by doing data entry, research, inbound, outbound and now email and chat support. What i do with my current job is basic design by remote and helping customers to promote their businesses also answer inquiries and processing tickets. I believe that I am fit for this work because i can easily adapt and learn new things. I am available as a part-time hopefully full time in the coming months once hired.
