Hi! My name is Rogelio De Guzman Jr., nickname is Jon. I'm from Philippines and currently residing in manila. I have been looking for an of opporunity of working from home. I know within myself that I can be a substantial part of any company by contributing and using my skills from my previous work experiences. My first job was a Sales Executive for AT&T and what I do there is I sell long distance services to the residents of United States (all states inluding hawaii and alaska). Then I became a customer service specialist for different BPO companies here in the philippines. I was able to handle general inquiry, billing, retention, dispatch, and many more. Then I also had an experience working as a Technical support specialist for different telephone companies like comcast and t-mobile. My most recent job is working as a Virtual Assitant for a towing and handyman company based in Los Angeles, California. I basically do whatever job they tell me to do. I am an addict when it comes to working in this kind of field and I wanted to grow more and be more knowledgeable or be a true master when it comes to this industry.
