My name is Karina Dio. My first experience in a BPO industry was from Tech Mahindra I've been there for 5 months as a Technical Support Representative handling ISP account. As a technical Support representative, we are receiving inbound calls helped customers with their internet service provider. My second experience was from SITEL and I've been there for 2 years as a Technical Support Representative/Customer Service Representative. We offer our service and pitch the product that we have. We usually connect to their computers and helped them remove unwanted files, clean their computers and remove viruses. We also calling customer who had expired subscription and offer them to continue. My third experience was from CONCENTIX as a Customer Service Representative I've been there for 4 years and after 1 year of being employed with Concentrix, I got promoted as an SME because of my consistent good performance. I was able to meet all the quality scores daily, weekly and monthly reports. As an SME, I was able to take over TL's tasks such as, Team huddle wherein I can discuss to the team the processes updates also their scores, Coaching, and RCA. Now, I am looking for a bigger challenge and an opportunity to apply my customer service skills as a Virtual Assistants.
