My recent job experience was as a Chat Operator and Virtual Assistant with US based Zuri Furniture LLC. Aside from answering customer inquiries thru live chat, my daily tasks include the customer experience report which is sent to upper management and the whole sales team. I also update our product line in the company's Facebook page shop and upload customer product reviews to our website. Prior to that I was with ADP Philippines Inc., the largest payroll and human resources company in the world, based in New Jersey, USA. I worked as a payroll analyst for small to medium businesses. The workload included input of work hours for the client’s employees, answering inquiries related to payroll, basic taxation and HR related concerns. Before joining ADP, I have had 10+ years work experience with various Business Process Outsourcing companies like Alorica as a reservation specialist for their Dollar-Thrifty car rental account. Then there was 24/7 and their Optus account, wherein I worked as a customer service representative for the Australian mobile telecommunication company. I also worked for Tele-Philippines as a computer hardware technical support for Toshiba customers in the United States. Unfortunately, the account closed, and I was transferred to their Norton account as an online technical support representative for the anti-virus software. The diversity of my work experience I think is the main reason why I am suitable for the job vacancy that you have. I have extensive experience with North American and Australian clients both thru phone and online interactions. I strive to work as efficiently and accurately as possible. I do not claim to know everything, but I do know how to unlearn what I know and go about doing tasks in a different way. I am hardworking even with minimal or no supervision.
