Dear Clients, Greetings of peace and prosperity! I am Ma. Yvonne Abina a national citizen of the Republic of the Philippines and currently working as an overseas Filipino worker in Vietnam as an ESL teacher. My current job is a full-time job that is only less than 50 hours a month and I am wishing to be more productive and use my available time learning new things at the same time earning money. I have few time experience in customer service, customer support, technical support, and transcription. However, with the other selected skills, like bookkeeping, I might not have a professional experience hence, I personally apply it on my daily basis. I am also taught to prepare this statement as it was part of my course in college (Business Management). When it comes to Appointment setting, I have no professional experience but I personally apply this on my personal schedule. Though my schedule is just light and easy compared to organization or to clients, at least it reminded me of some important event that must have been forgotten if not to my quick jot on my calendar planner. I am a hard working person and I want quality to my output. I often times ask questions specially if the matter is very important. However, when I get to know the person quite well, I tend to know how and what her/his decisions for a certain matter would be. In that case, I am not a robot employee. On that account, my client can trust me when the time is crucial. I am a flexible person. I can do different types of job. I believe everything can be learned and mastered if we focus on learning it. If I am interested in something, there is no excuse. I can do it. I can work under pressure. It might not be visible in my current employment with just 50 hours a month. However, in my previous jobs as a BPO agent, this is my life. irate customer, Quality assurance survey, KPI etc. I have managed to surpass those factor that makes my workplace a great learning field.
