Virtual Assistant/Admin/Customer Service
For the past 5 years, I've had the opportunity to work with top contact centers here in the Philippines, providing awesome customer service to clients all around the world.
- I worked as a Technical Support Representative for a multinational computer technology company based in the US for a year. I helped home users and small and medium-sized businesses identify and resolve any software or hardware related issues over the phone.
- Then, I joined a multinational e-commerce corporation based in the US as a Customer Service Representative for a couple of years. I helped buyers and sellers with their claims/cases, account management/limitation concerns, pre and post-sale transactions.
- In the middle of 2015, I ventured into the health care industry. I worked as a Health Advisor for the largest health care company in the US for more than 2 years. I helped members understand their health care benefits, coverage, claims, and monthly premiums.
- On the 1st quarter of 2018, I started working remotely as an English Instructor. I provided private English lessons through Skype.
- After a couple of months, I attended and completed a 3-week intensive training program to become a rockstar virtual assistant. The training enabled me to properly manage time, multi-task, develop a strong branding strategy, achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task, and improved my analytical and research skills.
-Around August 2018 to September 2019, I worked as a VA for an e-Commerce site. My tasks were as follows:
>> Admin tasks (generate reports, track progress)

>>Website maintenance
>> Social media management (I used Canva for designing)
>> Create guides/manuals/how to tutorials
>> Test the apps for errors or bugs
>> Provide customer support through email
