I provided sales and administrative support to a 15-member executive team from IT Companies based in Dallas, Texas and Canterbury, United Kingdom. In addition, I provided personal assistance to a few of the top-level executives. I honored a 2-hour response time to any form of communication and a 24-hour response time on the days the company was closed. I was always available by phone, text or email. I also have more than 13 years of experience in administration and customer service in one of the largest bank here in the Philippines, Metropolitan Bank & Trust Company. 5 years as an Executive Assistant and 8yrs as Customer Service Representative.
