Hi, I'm Reyna. I'm currently taking bachelor of science in psychology at pamantasan ng cabuyao. I worked as a warehouse personnel at Lazada Elogistics company for almost a year and then as a service crew in a milktea store for 5months As a warehouse personnel, my task was to sort the items of customer. As a food service crew, my task was to clean the store, serve milkteas and shake, and process customers' payments. When i found out that your company is looking for customer service agents who would serve customers internationally, i just couldn't pass up the opportunity and decided to apply. I knew fully well the workload and stress involved in working in this industry. And I still really wanna take on this challenge, and get out of my comfort zone to face my fears.
