I worked as a Sales & Support Manager / Telemarketer / Appointment Setter and have nine years of Customer Service Experience. With those nine years, I spent half of it as a Sales Representative for different campaigns based in the United States and Australia. I've been awarded numerous times for providing excellent customer satisfaction from most of my campaigns to prove my efficiency as a Customer Service Representative. Regarding sales, I maintained my spot at the top for a whole year by providing the most numbers of posted sales and the highest revenue. Besides all that, I am also a writer at heart, where I finished a couple of books and uploaded them on Wattpad.
