Hi! I am Christine, honestly I don't have enough knowledge about virtual assistant but I do have customer service experiences. I worked with two different big banks located in the US. Being able to work as a customer service representative for almost 2 years, helped me to improve my skills, knowledge and me, as a whole person. I always go to work on time, and very much responsible for all of my task, for the whole time I spent with my previous company and account I only made a mistake once and learned from it. I am flexible as well, my previous job required us to be flexible since our shift can change time to time. It was hard at first but now I got used to it. And most importantly I can be trusted with everything, I worked with a bank and we have all access to anyone's account and money but it never cross in my mind to do any fraudulent activity because I have my own values, morality, integrity and dignity that I will always consider before making any decisions. Because of my hard work and dedication I was recognize multiple times by our company as a top agent and got rewarded from it. Aside from this, I studied political science for 2 years and absolutely it shaped me to become a better open minded person.
