I have received my Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications on 2011. Since then, I have worked for the BPO Industry and I’ve been immersed to the American culture and the different types of customers. I started as a Tech Support Representative and Customer Care Representative, and then I got promoted as a Quality Assurance Representative, and moved up as a Training & Quality Assurance Supervisor.
