JOB DESCRIPTION Evaluates all purchase acquisitions and purchase orders on regular basis Canvass request of different departments Negotiate credit terms with suppliers Coordinates the purchase and subsequent delivery of the goods. Issues purchase orders for the purpose of facilitating onsite ability to acquire required supplies, services and/or equipment within the budget. Maintains purchasing documents, files and records for the purpose of ensuring the availability of documentation. Design all purchase orders for all stock and non-stock items and ensure timely delivery for all product and administer all vendor performance and facilitate corrective actions as required. Maintains confidentiality. Do other tasks assigned from time to time. Coordinates with accounting about the availability of the budget. Email purchase orders to suppliers. In-charge for transmitting purchase orders and invoices to accounting. In-charge for ISO filing and requirement for purchasing department.
