I have been an account associate for almost 4 years now. I've worked with some BPO companies based in the Philippines and handle different types of campaigns. Assisting customers about their concerns, pitching upsell of my client's product, setting appointments for service installations, and handling inbound and outbound calls are the things I do in my past job. Aside from being an associate I also have experience being a virtual assistant on one of the realty bases in Boston as an advertising administrative. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Development Communication, majoring in community broadcasting. Taking up this line of course pushes me to discover what I can do more as an individual who has a passion for writing, doing a presentation, and even producing educational materials like video, brochure, pamphlet, magazine etc., for those people at the grassroots level. I can do basic photography as well. I am a passionate individual who is really into arts. I can easily learn new things and also I am very flexible for any type of work assigned to me.
