I graduated Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management after that I got my First Job in the BPO Industry which was 6 six-month Voice Telecommunications Account under Sterling Global Corporation wherein I managed incoming calls and customer service inquiries; resolved product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; and following up to ensure resolution.
