Customer Care Consultant (Non-Voice)
• Provide knowledgeable answers to customer chat and e-mail inquiries regarding
products and brands.
• Monitoring freight via various tracking platforms
• Responding promptly and effectively to customers’ requests
• Offers Proactive support to address errors, mistakes, and technical faults. Placing orders
online using Shopify.
• Processing replacement for faulty and incorrect items received.
• Process daily returns and restocked items on Shopify (Manually restocking on Shopify,
Marketplace.)
• Processing returns using Returns Magic and Loop.
• Making returned items live on the website.
• Return labels –US Seko, Australia Post, and DHL. Creating Return labels for return
requests that are invalid.
• Approving/Disapproving faulty and wrong item requests on Returns Magic/Loop. Issuing
Credits/Refunds.
• YOTPO Reviews - Approving reviews, Helping resolves issues. Make sure that no reviews
are left behind - needs to be up to date.
• Iconic - Making sure orders are being fulfilled in time, Adding the tracking numbers
manually on Shopify/Seller Centre if not available
• Creating tickets using Freshdesk to raise concerns and follow up on orders.
• Offers resolutions and closure to complaints and disputes by demonstrating excellent
