Hi there. I'm Aira Delos Reyes but you can call me me Ai, 27 years of age and I'm from the Philippines. I've been in a BPO industry for more than 5 years with excellent organizational skills, skills in creative and positively resolving problems with a positive attitude and excellent attention detail, also have experience in professionally handling numerous tasks simultaneously and willingness to contribute in all areas. My first project was a client from US wherein we are handling and process their bill and invoice account. My second and also my current project is also from US, we are the one reviewing their travel and expense reports via SAP Concur. We are also using Microsoft Office such as Excel for tracking our outputs and allocations, Outlook and MS Teams to schedule our daily huddles, meetings and leaves. As of today, I am a Sales Admin Assistant for more than a year in an IT company. I manage administrative duties like sending emails, creating and routing important files for signing of respective signatories, making travel arrangement for their out of town events, canvassing supplies for giveaways and raffles, making phone calls on different suppliers and vendors, and also I am doing liquidations and claims.
