Hi There, I have been in a BPO company for 15 years handling international accounts. My first BPO was a US-based company operating satellite TV. I worked there for almost eight years. During my stay in my previous company, I received numerous certifications for being great at my work. I am perfect for the job because I am a fast learner with less supervision, excellent typing skills, no attendance issue, reliable, hard-working, strong will to learn, flexible, trustworthy, and updated with social media updates.
