I started working as a virtual assistant for a retail brand and used Shopify, Mailchimp and AliExpress. The last job that I was hired was being a Seasonal Email Support Representative at Trafilea Application. My previous work experience includes call center industry and real estate. I stopped working online because I tried to venture in teaching. I was hired as a public school teacher and is teaching for almost 4 years.
I worked for 8 years in a BPO industry and for the past 8 years, I have tried assisting customers with their billing inquiries for cable, telephone and internet and sell upgrades and products at the same time, including PPVs.
After more than a year, I was promoted and became a part of workforce, monitoring agents with their schedules and activities, sending reports and analysis to the clients and operations.
I was also tasked to give schedules to the agents based on the call arrival pattern and forecasts provided by the clients.
Part of my job was also giving recommendations to the clients when it is needed to hire or lose people.
I also got the chance to lead a workforce team, managing people and empowering them to succeed, guiding them in providing accurate reports and making sure that the requests from the clients are responded.
At the same time, I talk to clients, giving updates and providing statistics and how the program is running.
Being a Computer Technology graduate, I am well versed in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook.
I have worked with eWFM and Filezilla and different tools in order to generate reports to our clients.
I can work under less supervision and very willing to learn and discover things at work especially when needed.
I am fond of doing researches in order to learn new things. I can easily be trained and adapts easily to new platforms.
I also have an experience in real estate for a couple of months, doing calls to get motivated sellers or buyers.
