I am in The BPO industry (Travel Account) since May 6, 2019. Initiated outbound requests to vendors by phone and in writing to accomplish the customer's request. Maintained customer satisfaction, quickly resolving issues, and offering expert assistance. Assist customers with refund request needs. Train new team members in resolving cases, and ways to exceed performance expectations. Deliver exceptional customer service by offering immediate assistance. Complete customer service and coordination with vendors with little oversight. Develop solid relationships with staff, customers/vendors. Skills: 1. Clear verbal communication and active listening are essential for understanding customer needs and providing appropriate responses. 2. The ability to understand and empathize with customers' concerns, demonstrating genuine care and concern for their satisfaction. 3. Being able to analyze situations, identify problems, and provide effective solutions to address customer issues. 4. Remaining calm and patient, especially when dealing with frustrated or upset customers, is crucial for maintaining a positive interaction. 5. Effectively managing time to address multiple customer inquiries or issues promptly without sacrificing quality. 6. Handling multiple tasks simultaneously, such as managing phone calls, emails, and chats, while still providing excellent service. 7.
