Been in a BPO industry as a customer service representative healthcare voice account for about 1 year and 4 months from now with 2 different company. My first company name was Adapthealth, we are CSR under Asset recovery team, dealing with customer's concern in reference to the bill that they have received about the rental equipment. Were doing an outbound call as well whenever we have an avail time, doing a follow up on the rental equipment. My 2nd company is Guidewell Florida Blue Insurance, in this company we are typically dealing concern's from the provider about member's claim status, eligibility and benefit. Was able to experience as well responding to the providers concern via email. And now I wanted to transition myself from BPO to virtual assistant.
