I have started my BPO career way back 2012 and has performed several roles namely Customer Service Representative, Technical Support Representative, Billing Associate, Loan Originator and Bank Specialist. Last year 2022 I decided to make a change on my career and eventually switched as a Virtual Assistant. I have experienced using the following tools: Siebel, ACSR, ICOMS, Panda, Salesforce, HubSpot, Ring Central, Phone Burner, Zoom, and Microsoft Email and Office. I am open to work between 40-50 hours per week and is okay working on a weekend.
