As a CALLED CALLER, these are my duties and responsibilities: 1. Accept customer calls and react accurately and satisfactorily to their questions and concerns 2. English Language - Knowledge of the English language's structure and content, including the meaning and spelling of words, composition rules, and grammar. 3. Consumer and Personal Service - Demonstrate an understanding of the standards and procedures governing the provision of customer and personal services. This involves determining customer expectations, adhering to service quality requirements, and assessing customer satisfaction. 4. Telecommunications - Knowledge of telecommunications transmission, broadcasting, switching, control, and activity. 5. Communications and Media - An understanding of the techniques and methods used in the processing, communication, and distribution of media. This includes non-traditional modes of communication and entertainment such as written, oral, and visual media. As a TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE, these are my duties and responsibilities: 1. Installation and configuration of computer hardware, operating systems, and applications for a company. 2. Computer network and system administration and monitoring. 3. Keeping track of consumer and employee inquiries. 4. Call log analysis to identify any underlying problems or patterns. 5. Troubleshooting and resolving hardware or software malfunctions. 6. Evaluating and testing emerging technologies. 7. Conducting electrical safety checks on the computer equipment used by the company. 8. Following written or diagrammatic instructions in order to configure a device or repair a fault.
