I began my career in the BPO industry way back 2022. I have a total of 10 months of experience in different accounts such as Retail, Retention, Travel, and Financial Banking account. As a Customer Service Representative for 10 months, I have learned a lot of things and skills. I have learned how to communicate well with customers. I have also learned how to manage my time appropriately.
