Hire Applying for Virtual Assistant In The Philippines

I'm applying for virtual assistant. I have 4 years of experience in a BPO company which handles both technical and sales. I was also able to handle travel account and utility account. Currently I'm a subject matter expert in my account. I've been in that position for 7 months already. I've been handling newbies, training them, submitting reports to my direct supervisor when it comes to the agents development and also handling escalation calls.
