Throughout my career, I have helped executives in different industries. I am organized and good at communicating. I can make things more efficient and help YOU succeed. Besides being an executive assistant, I also understand how to manage short-term rental properties. I have dealt with guests, scheduled cleaning, set prices, and made sure guests have a smooth experience. I know how to use platforms like Airbnb and VRBO to manage listings and respond to inquiries.
My primary duties include the following:
⭐ Executive Assistant
✔️ Email Management: Monitor, filter, and respond to important emails on behalf of the executive. Draft and organize incoming emails as needed
✔️ Calendar Management: Manage executives' calendars and schedule appointments.
✔️ Travel Coordination: Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries.
✔️ Data Management: Organize and maintain documents and files.
✔️ Research and Purchasing: Research various topics as assigned and manage bill payments.
✔️ Confidentiality Management: Ensure the utmost discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information and documents
⭐ Short-Term Rentals
✔️Anything around listings
✔️Update all listings for any updates made/wants by the owner to all booking platforms (professional photos, description, amenities, etc.).
✔️Sync or manually update iCal/calendars on all platforms. (through Guesty) ✔️Checking booking platforms for new reservations and adding them to a spreadsheet if needed.
✔️Pricing and calendar management
✔️Calendar management - Block/Unblock/Checking Sync
✔️Database management for all properties and bookings.
✔️Updates contracts and sending rental agreements
✔️Guidebook creation using Touchstay
✔️Market analysis
✔️Lead research and generation for listing expansion
✔️Marketing collaterals creation
