My job experience as a virtual assistant has prepared me for this position. I did various works for my employer as a virtual assistant. I did product research jobs and used apps like Shopify, Jira/Trello, Slack and etc. I wrote articles, emails, letters and product reviews. I am familiar to use Google sheets, word and powerpoint. Part of my job as a virtual assistant is performing several tasks that I am not familiar with or is new to me. I was a Campaign Launch Support for more than 1 year, Product Specialist for 6 months and Document Associate (doing administrative task). Moreover, I am a highly passionate and dedicated worker. I am flexible and able to work in various working environments. I am willing to be trained and I am a fast learner. I am able to take on the responsibility of this position immediately, and have the enthusiasm and determination to ensure that I make a success of it. Skills: Product Research – I used MailChimp, Shopify, Asana. I wrote product reviews, product descriptions and specifications using Shopify. Have used different type of techniques in product researching such as collating videos (Instagram and Youtube) that features cool gadgets/stuff etc., using different type of keywords that can help us find most wished and best selling products online. Admin Tasks – Has an advanced knowledge google sheets (Pivot, Vlookup etc), word and powerpoint.
