I am a passionate individual looking for both career and financial growth opportunities. I have been working 7 years in the customer service industry for U.S. based accounts. In that 7 years, I had been a trainer for 8 months, a Team Leader for 6 months, and currently working as a Customer Experience Analyst. My in depth understanding with customer behaviors through experience and training made me believe that I would be a perfect candidate for any freelance involving customer service, experience, retentions, moderation etc. In addition, I have experience for both voice and non-voice accounts. Back when I was in college, I used to study a bachelor’s degree for Behavioral Science. To give you an idea, for this course we work on Psychology, Sociology and Anthropology, thus I find joy and fascination in jobs that requires me to work with human interaction thus explains why I stayed with customer service industry for years.
