Hello, good day! I am Trixie N. Mancao, 24 years of age and a graduate from Cebu Technological University - Main Campus. I also completed my training at TESDA Regional Training Center VII - Cebu and took up Computer System Servicing. Back in my On-The-Job training days, I was also an intern at TESDA and was assigned as an intern for customer service and my tasks includes: Handling slot reservations, making training certificate for trainees who completed their training, answering customer queries via SMS and emails and make sure that my explanation about our services is clear and that they will end the conversation without more questions as well as making step-by-step images with instructions about how to use our accounts when they're a trainee in our training center. My goal is to have a stable job and stay in an organization provide my family's needs and hope that my chosen organization will choose me as their employer.
