I have 14 years of BPO experience starting as a Technical Support Representative for a Web Hosting Company, troubleshooting website issues and provide resolution via phone call and support tickets. When the company decided to transfer back their technical support onshore, I was moved to a Financial Account for a Debit Card Company and became a Customer Support Representative. I then transferred to another BPO company and worked as a Fraud Analyst for a reputable bank. I handled accounts with possible fraud activities, conduct fraud review and do the necessary evaluation.
