From 2011 - 2015, I studied Cruise Line Operations in Hotel Services Program from the Lyceum of the Philippines University. in 2016, I jumped into the professional world as a Technical Support Representative where I developed my customer support skills. For the next seven years, I had quite an adventure in the Cruiseline Industry I started as a Galley steward and worked my way up to become a Restaurant attendant and then a waiter assistant.
