Over the course of my 5 year career as a Collection Specialist, I've developed a skill set directly relevant to basic admin tasks including interpersonal communication, customer service, Skip-tracing and financial service. Aside from that, I am also knowledgeable in Hubspot, Chargify, Stripe, EZdebit, Gsuite, Webscraper, Evernote, Seller Central, Carrier Central etc. I am a quality-oriented professional who has been consistently praised as hardworking and reliable by my co-workers and management.
