I graduated in Cebu Technological University and I took up Bachelor of Elementary Education. I have a 1year experience as an ESL teacher for foreign students. My first BPO was in WIPRO, I was with WIPRO for 1 year where I handled healthcare account, it is where providers will call to check on their patient’s coverage for insurance like the benefits, eligibility and claims. We also check on their CPT codes with diagnosis code. I have also handled intake or pre authorization wherein we create patients authorizations before they proceed for their service. My second company is OPTUM GLOBAL SOLUTION I’ve been in this company for 4 months wherein I handled healthcare account in OPTUM RX where members will call to get a refill or order their medications through mail delivery. We also request a prescription from their doctors for their medication. My third company was EXL I was with EXL for 1 year I am a CSR this is a healthcare account for members where they will call to check their insurance coverage like benefits, eligibility and claims. We also check their CPT codes with their diagnosis codes. My hobby is drinking coffee. and My Strengths are I am self-motivated, hardworking, a quick learner and I am a good team player. My long-term goal is to achieve a good position where I can build my career and help the organization too. I am a hard-working and driven individual who isn't afraid to face a challenge. I'm passionate about my work and I know how to get the job done. I would describe myself as an open and honest person who doesn't believe in misleading other people and tries to be fair in everything I do.
