But first we have pre-qualifying questions for us to know what interest our clients and offer the best possible course/major and school for them. **Outreach Consultant / Health / Outbound / Research I was also an Outreach Consultant where in we call different offices, clinics, and hospitals to retrieve medical records for several Health Insurance (Aetna, Blueshield, etc.) companies in the USA. We are given lists of offices with health practitioner(physician, nurses, etc.) names and/or facility names to call. There were times when the number can't be reached or the health practitioner is not there anymore so we do our own research on how to contact them. **Customer Service / Sales / Outbound I've also handled an Australian account where in we promote Solar Panels. **Appointment Setter / Outbound I was also an Appointment Setter for a Janitorial Company in the US.
