I have an extensive background as a customer support for over 4 years where I was doing inbound and outbound calls, inbound and outbound emails, chat and texts. Then I got promoted to a Supervisor role, and have been motivating my team for 2.5 years, developing their customer service skills, and helping them achieve their career goals.
