My On the Job Training was in KomSpec computer repair shop in which we repair computers and troubleshoot. The first job that I had after college was in Concentrix Davao. I was a Technical support representative. I help customers that are having problems with their routers and the internet. Upon working as a technical support representative in Concentrix, it helped me lengthen my patience. It also improves my problem-solving skills since we are given a specific time to solve the customer’s concerns and think as fast as possible. I also have an award from Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) for completing the Computer Systems Servicing assessment. It includes assembling LAN cables, setting up computer networks, installing and configuring computer systems, and maintaining and repairing computer systems and networks. I'm currently an Administrative Aide I in the province of Agusan del Sur assigned to Regional Trial Court Branch 6. I assisted them in checking and sending emails, sending Electronic warrants of arrest, sending Electronic subpoenas for the police officers, and setting up virtual meetings or hearings for the Judge. My first online job or remote job was as a virtual assistant. I reply to emails and messages, Design on Canva, Post on Instagram, update Shopify reviews, Create listings on Etsy, and create designs on adobe sparks.
