I worked in the BPO Industry for roughly 15 years then I decided to explore another industry that is somewhat related to what I was doing all my entire career and that is the Virtual Assistant World. I joined Rocketstation in May 2022 and luckily worked with 1 Client throughout my entire stay with them. I worked as a Client/Agent Associate, which as they call it, with an Inspection Company in Virginia USA. My main role with them was to schedule inspections. send proposals, answered inquiries and concerns both online and via phone, also uploaded photos, made follow-up calls, and was calling Agents/Clients to upsell attachments like Ancillaries. I enjoyed everything I was doing till they need to let me go due to an uncontrollable reason which is the virtual setup, so its more of a technical reason that they were not prepared since I was their first Virtual Employee.
